Using the Application implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Application.
Family Budget is a personal and family budget management application that allows you to:
The Application is accessible to any adult with a valid email address. Minors may use the Application under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
Using the Application requires creating an account. The User agrees to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
TECHGUARDIAN strives to ensure the Application is available 24/7, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. Interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.

Payments are processed securely by our provider Stripe. The subscription is automatically renewed at each due date unless previously cancelled. You can manage your subscription from the Application settings.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period if you have expressly consented to their immediate execution.

The Application allows sharing budget management with other household members. By inviting a member:
Each invited member must create their own account and accept these Terms.
The import feature (reserved for Premium subscribers) allows importing bank statements in CSV or Excel format. The User is solely responsible for:
TECHGUARDIAN does not connect directly to bank accounts and does not store any banking credentials.
The Application, its content (texts, images, logos, source code, etc.) and its structure are the exclusive property of TECHGUARDIAN and are protected by intellectual property laws.
The User has a personal, non-exclusive right to use the Application. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or distribution is strictly prohibited.
TECHGUARDIAN commits to providing the Application with due diligence. However, TECHGUARDIAN cannot be held responsible for:
The Application is a budget management assistance tool and does not constitute financial advice. The User remains solely responsible for their financial decisions.
In case of established liability, compensation will be limited to the amount paid by the User during the last 12 months.

The User can cancel their subscription at any time from the Application settings. The subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period. Account deletion results in permanent deletion of data.
TECHGUARDIAN reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access in case of:
TECHGUARDIAN reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified to Users by email or via the Application. Continued use of the Application after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge in case of dispute.
Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
